Jason Holman | The Visionary | Holman Cellars / Uncharted Wine

If there’s a rare grape variety or an experimental fermentation technique Jason hasn’t tried, it’s probably because he hasn’t heard of it yet. Known for his Uncharted label, Jason is the driving force behind the “anything is possible” spirit at Rebel Vintners. Whether he’s pouring a skin-contact white or a deep, soulful Red Blend, Jason’s wines are a reflection of his curiosity.

Usually found: Spinning a deep-cut vinyl record at the bar or talking shop about the latest “weird” varietal he found in a hidden vineyard.

Rebel Style: Adventurous, unpredictable, and technically precise.

Kevin Cadle | The Purist | Cadle Family Wines

Kevin believes that the best wines are made in the vineyard, not the lab. With Cadle Family Wines, he focuses on single-vineyard, small-lot productions that let the geography do the talking. He’s a proponent of “low intervention” before it was a buzzword, focusing on balance, elegance, and honesty in every bottle.

Rebel Style: Honest, terroir-driven, and unapologetically classic.

Usually found: Deep in conversation with guests about soil types or the specific micro-climate of a cooling Petaluma Gap breeze.
